Sustainability
Imagine this scene: You. In a secluded village, untouched by tourism and large crowds. Sitting under an aged plane tree, next to a fountain, hearing waterfalls and flowing streams
An authentic local café-restaurant serving you only local seasonal food.
The permanent population of the village is just 3 families who are shepherds. They own sheep and goats & make cheese with old methods, maturing them in caves.
