Cooking class-“Learn to cook Greek”
Cooking lessons specializing in the Greek cuisine, where you will have the opportunity to put your hands in the dough and participate more in the preparation of each Greek menu. You will learn the benefits of the healthy Greek diet and the variety of ingredients and herbs of the region of Thessaloniki.You and your local chef first you will go to the Markets to buy some of your ingredients and then you go back to workshop-restaurant
-Welcome Greek coffee with traditional dessert
-Introduction to the history of the Northern Greek cuisine and the benefits of the Greek way of cooking.
-2h hands on cooking lesson oriented to the Greek cuisine, sample menus:
-Pies with handmade dough, meze assortments, meat menus, dessert, or you favorite Greek dish.
-Lunch/dinner will follow (depending the starting time) after the hands on cooking lesson with a glass of wine from wineries of the area.
-You will end the meal with a certificate of participation.
