Learn to recognize grape varieties, before picking a few grapes.
Back in the cellars, you can learn the basics of wine making, from the stripping of the grapes to the fermentation of the juice in the vats.
You can witness the creation of a wine through the careful blending of Agiorgitiko and other grape varieties, and understand the diversity of Nemea Valley wines enjoying parallel a friendly conversation with the wine-maker.
